有留意國際新聞的朋友都應該知道,歐美正打算對中國電動車“下手”,試圖提高關稅限制中系電動車進口。作為回應,北京也在計劃反制西方,擬上調歐美的大排量引擎進口汽車關稅,雙方貿易戰緊張局勢再次升溫。
歐盟中國商會(CCCEU)引述內部消息人士指出,中國考慮上調大排量引擎進口汽車的關稅至25%,這是因為考慮到近期事態發展,包括美國預計自8月1日起對中國電動車關稅調高至100%,及歐盟準備在中國電動汽車的反補貼調查中采取初步措施。
近日,歐盟中國商會在社交平臺發布聲明,內容引述中國汽車戰略與政策研究中心副主任劉斌在接受官媒訪問時,給予上述調高進口汽車關稅的建議。

劉斌表示,世界貿易組織(WTO)規則允許對引擎排氣量大于2.5升的進口汽油轎車和休旅車(SUV)征收最高25%的關稅;目前,中國在征收這類汽車的關稅稅率為15%。
據報導,中國2023年進口了25萬輛引擎排氣量大于2.5升的汽車,約占所有進口汽車的32%;進口大排氣量引擎汽車也占中國大排氣量引擎汽車消費量的80%。報導指出,據網絡媒體觀察,如果提高關稅,將對從美歐進口的汽車產生重大影響。
